Do we ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. Each parcel is shipped through FedEx, and is weighed and rated by our Express Priority Shipping shipping rate.
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Dispatch takes place after 1 to 3 business days once the order has been processed. Our guests will receive a tracking number on the same day of dispatch.
What if I have ordered a custom lace wig, what is my wait time?
Wig customizations usually take 3 days to be constructed, and is shipped out or picked up from the client upon completion. The process begins once our guest has sent the measurements of their head to us through email. You may do so by clicking here. Please be sure to include your order number in your message.
How do I measure my head?
To measure your head, you’ll take a measuring tape (typically the same tape used for sewing), and measure:
the circumference of your head
Front to nape
Ear to ear (across forehead)
Ear to ear over top
Temple to temple (around the back of your head)
Nape of neck

Duration of shipping?
Once the package is dispatched, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your package to arrive if you are in the U.S. or Canada.
For other parts of the world and Bermuda, please allow up to 7 to 14 business days. It may arrive earlier. Please order your items well in advance of your upcoming event(s).
All orders are dispatched with Express Priority Shipping.
Am I able to return my order and be issued a refund?
Unfortunately, order returns and refunds are not accepted. This is due to hygienic protocols and guidelines. We do accept exchanges in the event that the item is returned in the same condition as it was when it was received by the buyer, or if the item is not consistent with what was initially purchased. There are no returns on sale items.
Are the bundles cuticle aligned?
Absolutely. We specialize in selling only the best of the best. So, our hair is cuticle aligned and from a single donor—having it’s own unique and boldness in color (ranging from #1B to 2).
May I dye and/or bleach this hair?
ABSOLUTELY!
How long will this hair last?
Our bundles can last a year, or even more if cared properly. The better the care, the longer it lasts. Our frontals can last up to a year or longer with good care, while our closures can last up to 2 years or longer with good care.
Will I receive a Birthday Discount?
Absolutely. E-mail us your I.D. at bnb@logic.bm, or come into our store or salon. Once we validate it, you will receive your 10% discount either via our website in the form of a discount code, a gift certificate, or money-off your hair or nail service.
